Client Agreement:

1. Commissions are to be paid in full before work is started.2. Clients will receive sketches which they can approve or ask for changes on, however sketches will only receive major changes/restarts 2-3 times depending on complexity. Multiple minor changes are included, and I will let the client know beforehand if further changes will require a cost increase.3. Should the client wish for a piece to be private(not shared anywhere or used as a commission example) they must disclose this beforehand.4. My artworks are not to be fed into any AI software for any purpose.5. My artworks are not to be used for any commercial purpose without speaking to me about a commercial licensing agreement beforehand.6. Finished commissioned artworks may be edited however the client wishes, but original credit must still be given to me, and changes must be disclosed if the piece is posted publicly.7. My artwork is not to be used for racism, homophobia, sexism, xenophobia or otherwise hateful purposes, nor may it be edited to convey these messages.8. The client will receive versions with and without my signature for pfp/banner purposes, but agrees to use the signed version if posted publicly on social media. Tagging is appreciated but not required.9. No credit is required when used as a banner or pfp, but the client may not claim to have made the artwork themselves.

Artist Agreement:

1. Full refunds requested by the client are not possible once work is started, however I will refund the client any stage of the artwork they have paid for that I have not started.2. Finished 2D Art commissions will be sent to the client within 3 months from the full payment date, or they will be offered a full refund.3. Time-lapses will be provided upon request, but please be aware if software switches were made time-lapses may be broken up and in rare cases partly not available.(I apologize in advance for this and will do my best to make sure time-lapses are available to you, the commissioner! I am currently in the process of learning clip studio paint)
